CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will require a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow other fellow patients the opportunity to refill the time slot. Insufficient notice will result in a missed appointment fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment booked. Late arrival to appointments will be subject to full charge. After 15 minutes of non appearance, your appointment will be considered terminated and a missed appointment fee will apply.
